AWFUL COMPANY!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This company originally appeared classy because it is located in a nice area with a lot of trendy furniture. Unfortunately, after my husband and I bought a $9500 couch from Chris at Ambiente he acted like he barely knew us when we had a problem. He said we had to contact the manufacturer and figure it out ourselves. We only had the couch for 10 months and it took 5 months longer to arrive than originally promised. The owner, management, and entire experience were a complete nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs!! p.s. There was a great store in San Diego that ended up helping us with our problem and they said they often heard this about the Ambiente Collection.
