I ordered shutters from this company and the quality of the workmanship was so poor that I had the owner out and they removed and took the shutters back to the factory to re work them. However I'm positive they didn't do anything to improve the shutters. The workers were lousy and tried to fix problems on site but they finally just gave up and would not return calls or try to solve the numerous problems.
I don't know how this company received an A- from the BBB I think that's overly generous.
I would not recommend them for shutters.
