I placed my order on 23 May 07 and the money came out of my account on 24 May 07. I placed several calls for a period of 2 months and was informed the order had not been processed. I cancelled the order and was told I would receive my refund within one -two weeks. I have made 13 phone calls to this company for my refund -- I was only able to get someone on the phone 2ce and I was told both times that the refund was in process and should be reflected in 3 days. I emailed them and received a response email regarding the promised refund -- I sent this email and a copy of the BBB complaint to my bank and my bank credited the $1334 owed.
