Horrible Company - DO NOT USE

Ordered custom items for xmas gifts on Dec 6, promised to ship in 6-10 business days. Just received the items (order in excess of $500) on Jan 19th. Each time I contacted them to inquire, they told me items were complete and were being shipped. was told this on 6 different occasions. Frankly, I don't see how they stay in business operating this way. I have dealt with many similar companies over the years and have never had customer service this horrible. Products were over-priced and mediocre quality.
