The worst thing in the world is to order merchandise with a credit card on line and in return can never contact the company you ordered from. I have ordered from allheart before and had no compliants. They had wonderful customer service but after changing over to an automated system that tells me to go on line is really aggravating. I have spent 108.38 and would like to talk to a real person about my money. The economy is hard on all of us and money is tight but if I'm willing to spend my money on something I need or want, I expect good customer service. I have never complained about any online company this is the first but its worth telling people because they have a right to know.
