I placed on order on February 3, 2009 with Jasco uniforms which is now Allheart. After placing the order I tried to contact customer service to see how I could track shipping on the order and essentially this where the problem began. The customer service number listed is a recording that instructs you to reach customer service by email only. There is no option to talk to a live person. So after a number of emails sent I finally got a response and I was told that my order was finally processed this was 2/15/09 and I would receive it by 2/18/09. However the shipment wasn't the whole shipment. In fact my orginal order was for $106.69 which included $13.99 for shipping. This order was for $52.09 and inlcuded $10.99 for shipping. So now I have sent several emails to the company trying to see where the remainder of the order is if in fact it's coming and to make sure that I'm not charged another 10 so dollars in shipping. To date I have gotten 1 email saying that my order was received on 2/17/09. Not only do they have my credit card information but now I have no way of knowing if they are going to keep making charges on it. When I placed my order online everything was suspose to be available. Essentially I only got half the items. The customer service is awlful. Even the number for the company on the BBB directs you to a recording. There is no way to get a live person. I have decided not to file a complaint with the BBB but I have contacted my bank to have my credit card canceled and replaced. If this companies only contact is by email then they should respond to emails in a more timely matter otherwise they will continue to have problems. Jasco or Allheart whoever they are have a very misleading company.
