Do not use this moving company. Please read all the reviews and trust that any negative review has been written due to poor service. On June 9,2011 Allstate Relocation services arrived at my 3 bedroom apartment in San Diego, CA to move my residence to Milwaukee, WI. It is July 7th,2011, at this point my household has still not arrived in WI. Every week I have been on the phone with this company on a daily basis. I have been given so many excuses as to why my household has not been delivered to me week after week. I sit in WI with what I could fit in a suitcase to travel with. I needed to purchase a new bed, clothing and the list continues to grow as this company can not give me a delivery date. Moving is stressful enough, they do not make the move easy for their customers. In fact at times they don't even know where your household items are located. I have been told repeatedly that my residence was being loaded for delivery. This loading and unloading of our personal items is baffling. I have been told my household has been shipped yet they can never provide a date of delivery. With each week there is a different story and promise. Still more than 1 month after pickup I have not received my household. Do spend the time to find a reputable moving company if you want to see your household items again. Spend the extra money, save yourself the aggravation and worry along with the inconvenience.
