I could not agree with the negative reviews more, including Budget Van Lines. This company is negligent and they get away with it. They began breaking items before they left my house and swore up and down to pay for them. Almost every item of furniture they had was broken and they lied to the Better Business Bureau and said that they tried to pay us and that there was notices of damage on our paperwork. Well, I'm looking at my paperwork and there are no notices of damages. In reality they have ignored us for a year and I have a lawyer looking into the situation. They are liars and cheats and if you are thinking about this, beware. Pay a little more and get a mover who won't steal your money and break your stuff. They also tried to pull the over weight charge on me but I wouldn't let them. If you're smart you'll just stay away. If I could choose zero stars, I would.
