The sales manager Bonnie called me many times. The offer was for $69 for two bedrooms which is what I have. I told her I would talk to her when I returned from out of town. When she called later, the price was much higher and she said it included everything except Teflon. I agreed to discuss with the cleaners whether I wanted Teflon but they put it in without consulting me and then charged me, claiming "Bonnie told me to." She also sent a different type of truck and cleaning arrangement than we'd agreed to. My sense is that she sells one thing, the men charge what they want and try to get the extra money out of the customer. It's like what the customer wrote about her mother being cheated--"bait and switch." Who would you believe? The little old lady whose money they took or their defense.
