There is nothing good I can say about this company. We are over a month waiting for our clothing and furniture to arrive. The pick up was May 30th in CA to be delivered to MA with a requested delivery date of June 4th. It's now June 30th and still no delivery date. We have called and left numerous message even threatened to call DOT and BBB , take a full page ad out and they still don't call back. The few times we got to speak to someone their stories change. Three weeks ago they said our stuff was in FL. Today they say it's in TN. This just seems to be a long way around from CA to MA. We asked if they would compensate us for the late delivery, they said only when the delivery was 21 business days late from pick up. Today they say no 21 business days from requested delivery date. I don't know where my belonging are, and I don't know if I will ever see them, but I don't want anybody else to get this kind of run around. Moving is stressful enough without having a bed to sleep on, or a chair to sit in, or cookware to cook a meal in, not to mention not having proper clothing to go on job interviews on. Thanks
