I reserved a 15 passenger van with this company the week of July 20 and was told by an employee that they do have vehicles available for the time period I needed it for. I cancelled my reservation that I had with another rental agency since All Day Rent A Car had the bigger van. I received an email at 7 pm July 28, three days before I am supposed to pick up the van saying "YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. VEHICLE NOT AVAILABLE". Thinking this to be a mistake, I call the agency where I was then told that my reservation was indeed cancelled because some church group had to extend their rental agreement so I had to get a vehicle some where else. I would have better appreciated receiving a courtesy phone call to let me know this because now there are no available vehicles anywhere for me to rent or its extremely expensive. This company is very unprofessional and does nothing to ensure that its customers are satisfied.
