I am a longtime customer of Alamo. I have read the company rating and the two complaints. You have it all wrong. This company, its employees and especially the owner have always been extremely professional and always helpful. They always teach their customers the proper way to sort their materials, and even clean them to allow the people to get paid more for their materials. You need to actually go and see how this place is run! It is incredible how much they care about their customers. They see an issue and they come out and listen, and try to satisfy their customers. I guess when you have 600 plus customers per day, that there will always be "one" in the crowd that had a bad day or felt like they werent taken care of. I am there every day, and I encourage you to go and see the love!!! Go Alamo!!!
