I am writing this review about AirsoftGI on my current dealing with them about a complaint. I went to the their walk-in store to purchase a airsoft rifle that had problems out of the box. I went back in and ask for a repair and they immediately took it back since it has an in-store 14-day warranty but later on the problem persisted and have to keep going back for repairs. The repair took 7 weeks to get it fully working. I was not happy with the first airsoft tech because there was no phone call updates, I had to come to the store every week to get information on what is going on. Frank, the manager, took over for the repairs assured me that he will call me within a week for updates and he came through. Thanks you very much, Frank! The airsoft rifle is now in working condition and would get to use it soon. I would also like to thank Matt for encouraging me to keep patient and not lose my cool on the very long wait.
