This is an exact email to this company that explains my whole experience with Airsplat! To this day I still have no refund or gun! Stay away from this company!
Well.....
Here we are again! You guys are really hitting on all cylinders out there! Now that we sent the gun in for repair and three weeks later received it back, it is still broken! That's right straight out of the box and there is nothing. My wife as nice, as she could, waited an hour today on hold to speak with Sebastian in you customer service department. He insisted we charge the battery that we charged 8 hours last night another 10 hours and then watch a video about changing a fuse that is nothing like our gun. After removing the firing mechanism from the gun assembly it looks as though one of your "techs" hard wired the gun with no fuse. All that aside here is what has happened in my experience with your company:
1. Order was place and the wrong items were sent. Got the run around on getting what we ordered. Finally you got it right.
2. Received gun for christmas and fired it twice before it went dead. Got run around about sending it back, but did finally sent it back to be "fixed".
3. Received "repaired gun" 3 weeks later and it is dead right out of the box.
Here is what I am going to do. The gun will be shipped back tomorrow and I am asking for a full refund to my father-in-law for the gun itself. I really don't think I have to explain the validity of my return as I did below, but will if asked. Please, please do not make me take this issue any further as I am willing to exhaust all avenues to make my son and father-in-law whole. My experience with your company has been a miserable one from start to finish. I know in my business I appreciate customer feedback and this has been mine!
