I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting customer service. I have bought 3 different items from this company. This first item did not work out of the box. I contacted airsplat immediately and was told that I needed to return it for repair because we did not identify the issue within the first 3 days. I was told that they would send me a return UPS label within 2-3 days. Instead of fixing the gun, I bought a different gun (more $$$$) so they were helpful. That gun works fine. I ordered another gun and asked it to be shipped 3 day air. I ordered on Christmas Day (Saturday). It did not leave the warehouse until Tuesday and it was shipped UPS Ground. I called and was told that it went out late and that I would be receiving a refund for shipping. When I did receive the gun, it did not work out of the box. Attempting to get help through customer service (email) is impossible. After 10 days, I received my RMA. I have sent the gun back for repair of a new gun (???). I have waited over a month and have not received my refund on shipping. When I called, I was told that my refund would be the difference between the ground shipping and 3 day air ($21.00) however, when I told them that ground was "Free Shipping" and that I did not understand why they were not refunding the entire amount. They reluctantly agreed (less a handling fee of $3.50). So, bottom line. If you want customer service, do not use this company. There are many more out there that sell the same items. Also, if you want to make an accurate complaint on any of their sites, you will not be able to. They only show propaganda. BUYER....BEWARE!!!!!!!
