Recently I found myself in a situation that left me speechless. My mortgage was three months behind and Bank of America was threatening to foreclose on me. I had tried going through the Mortgage Modification program they offered but that seemed to be a quest on some far of frontier. It took a year for them to say no. I received a letter in the mail and made the call that made my life much simpler. I was introduced to Douglas who introduced me to Advantage Capital Group. With his help I enrolled into their modification program and from the time I started to the time I finished was always treated with respect and prompt service. The online account allowing me to see my modifications progress by way of notes and request made my life so easy I almost felt guilty. My loan payments of $1834 were reduced to $1342. I can’t thank the team who participated in my modification process enough!
