I started working with this company in Dec 2008. I was told that they would help negotiate with my lender to save my house. They were very helpful with getting my paperwork together and customer service was impeccable. Their system for checking the status of my file is up to date and accurate. They kept me very informed. I got my loan modifiyed from 10.75 to 5.5% and my late payments (3) got dropped off. I have recommended this company to both of my sisters.
