This company did not satisfy my customer need what so ever! I agree 100% with other review that this company has hidden cost. They tell you and even the contract says that all the big furniture pieces will be wrapped with no extra charge. The truth is, they will charge you. I ended up with $2000 higher bill than my first quota had been set. The workers did not speak English at all, so it was impossible to describe my needs and direct them. They littered cups and bottles of water which I gave them. Also, the truck was loaded on Saturday and I was told that the delivery would be on Thursday. Well, everyone would think that it means Thursday coming up. It was third Thursday from the time of the pick up! Therefore, I waited for my furniture as long as I could per their contract. As a result, I would not recommend to trust their word if they promise you delivery within one week or less! They also came late on the day when they finally were supposed to arrive. Therefore, my off time at work had to be extended. Consequently, I lost more money. They gathered the worst local bums in the city to show up at my house and unload the truck. In addition, they broke 5 glass paintings, few glasses, bicycle, they scratched floor in my new house. Compensation? I was called liar and too picky customer! I paid, I tipped each worker on both ends of my journey. The only thing I asked for was a professional service which this company did not provide me.
