Hello Jeff,
It is true that the Enigma drive initially didn't offer support for Windows 64 bit but the problem has since been corrected. We released a fix about 9 months ago our our website and since then all new drives shipped from our factory were set up with the digital signature. If you believe you still require the fix please follow the steps:
Please click the link and download the file http://www.mediafire.com/?ycmmzfnngmy Double-click on the file to run it - a small window should open up that will guide you through the process. Once it's done you'll just need to unplug and plug the drive back in for the changes to take effect. The firmware should not delete any of your data or your fingerprints/password so you won't have to worry about that and once it's done you should have no problems using the drive on your Windows Vista 64-bit machine.
If you have any questions/concerns or if you need assistance with the digital signature Fix please feel free to email us at customerservice@acomdata.com. Thanks Jeff!
