I ordered plastic Switch Guards (small plastic items to cover light switches and prevent accidentally turning the lights on or off), which are about the size of a small band-aid. The covers were ordered online on 9-25-08 and finally arrived 12-13-08. This transaction took nearly two-and-a-half months from the time the order was placed until it arrived in the mail. I attempted to email the company on two separate occasions, but they never responded to the email. I also filed a report against them through PayPal since I paid through that system. Unfortunately, this experience is the worst online purchase experience I have ever encountered.
