I started my loan modification Last February 2009 and was informed by Dave Miller that the application would take no more than 90 days. It's been six months and up to now, I have not received any type of information from Absolute Mortgage. Dave Miller's phone number has been disconnected and took my $3,500 payment. I've emailed the Udy (the CEO) but no response from him either. The phone number for the CEO is also disconnected. Why am I not surprized.
Do not be a victim like me!! They are very smooth talkers and will promise you that you can get your money back if they can't help you...well they are no where to be found...
