I also have used this company twice thru my home warranty. Both times for the same reason "leaking faucets in showers" First time the plumber came, took my money and said "you have to turn the water off (we have always turned it off at the street, but he would have nothing to do with that) Then he said he would have to see if the diverter was covered (which it is). He never came back. About 4 months later set another trouble call and this time came out and diverter was fixed within a matter of seconds with a new one. (no water had to be turned off) This was at the price of another service call fee. I then informed the plumber that the showers leaked. I have two that leak. He said that the "cartridges" Were bad and that I would have to see if they are under contract.
Later that evening I called AHS and they asked why I was calling them, that the repair service should be contacting them. I informed them what was said and done and they said that "YES" the cartridges are covered, but the technician had closed the job saying complete. But they would call A-Z and reopen. 3-4 days later I have still not heard from the company. Their track record is not getting any better.
