One star is too much for them!
There was something wrong with my water heater so I called my insurance and they gave me their phone number. It took 3-4 hours just to schedule appointment. When technician came he said that my water heater leaks and I need new one. It took them 3 days just to send the report to my insurance. Finally I scheduled appointment to come to replace it. Distributor called saying that they made mistake and they don't have the water heater here but they are going to deliver to my house in 3 hours and they complained that AZ is horrible (won't cooperate). Az refused to come to install it!!! They send ONE technician next day and he said that he wont do it because he need another person to help him!!!! Technician left and 2 days later I learned that they returned the water heater saying that my association did not approved (?!?!?) even if yes this is between my and my association!
Now my insurance says that they wont send nobody else (unless I pay for shipping!!!!!!!!!). Where is my fault here?!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
