In spite of all of the detailed documentation and facts that I gathered about my position as a Substitute Teacher with a local School District, I still lost my appeal in 2010 and was denied Unemployment Benefits. Shortly after, I received a yellow card in the mail from a company called AUCC, Inc. that I almost “trashed” because I thought it was just another SCAM! I decided to call the 800 number on the card, and spoke with Spencer to explain my situation. He was confident that he could assist me, but at that particular time, money was extremely tight, but I told him that I’d keep his card on hand until next year.
Now here I am again in 2011, filing for unemployment benefits at the end of the school term and was denied benefits AGAIN! I didn’t waste any time in retrieving that YELLOW card from my files and called Spencer and we filed an Appeal. At the Hearing, I was utterly amazed at his strategy in “blowing up” every “missile” that my employer launched at us which was extremely frustrating for them! I almost busted a blood vessel in trying to refrain myself from LOL during the proceedings! Watching them loose confidence in their arguments to withhold my benefits was like watching a crack house implode! It was absolutely delicious!
This hearing took only ½ the time as it did the previous year when I filed without representation which can only be described as “SWIFT JUSTICE”! I am now thoroughly convinced of Spencer’s competence, professionalism and knowledge of the law in representing me in the future. I recommend his services to everyone who needs a “powerful force” behind them to help them obtain the Unemployment Benefits that they worked so hard for.
