I am not sure why this company has an "F" rating. They have been helping me since May, 2010, and they have always been prompt to postpone and inform me of the new sale date. At the beginning they postponed it every two weeks, now it's every month. It would be nice if their fees could be lower....
But I am very satisfied with their service.
