Called them to service our washer and dryer and AC unit. Was quoted $65 to diagnose the problems and after the diagnosis I would be given a quote and if I hired them to do the work, they would waive the $65. They arrived today (9/27/11) and I was quoted $190 for the washer and dryer, but after he started the work he said it would now be $240. I told him that I did not want him to do the repair for $240 and he said "I already took it apart!" I told him him no and he said he'd do it for $230. I told him to do it for $230 because I was afraid if I said no again he would not put things back together again. I told I did not want him to do the AC repair.
