Dishonest and Negligent

I worked with Scott St.Royal from AES Insurance Services, he was friendly and efficient but I asked him three times to confirm that my activation date would be for a later date. The temp cards didn't match what he was saying so I asked him another time and he continued to placate my incessant inquiries just to find that my insurance cards arrived in the mail with an earlier date than we agreed on. I'm not going to starve over the $80 I was overcharged, but I was a little offended that our agreement wasn't honored, the damages were to my detriment, and he refused to acknowledge his negligence.
