Bad experience

I made a payment to ABC Translations for $69.00 for a birth certificate already translated to Spanish to be legalized on November 11, 2011. This should have been finished by the end of November easily. I waited too long to be able to have PayPal dispute the charge. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. I received no services. After a rather frustrating experience I was fully refunded on April 24, 2012.
