Review 5/2/2011

I took my car to Amoco for them to fix my car. They said they fixed the car's transmission,However, when they gave me the car the transmission started slipping. I took it back and they said it was ok. I drove the car for a few months and the problem remains, every time I would take the car back they would tell me the car is fine. However in April of 2010 they finally said they would redo the car. The problems still remains for a little better however it was still leaking oil and slipping. I have been taking the car back and forth to them. Finally they said that would not fix the car because it was out of warranty. I told them the car was never fixed, then I had to take them to small claims court.
when I went to court they did not bring the papers I requested, so, we had a on postponement. Then we entered into and an agreement. They promise me the car would be ready by Thursday the 28th of April 2011, however the car was not ready. They told me I needed to sign a release. I told them I would dismissed the case providing they fixed the car. That was agreed upon before I brought my car to them. Then it took them till the 29th of April to give me the so call release which states that they would seal up the leak for me. After they promised me that they would do a complete rebuilt transmission and would we walk away making each other whole. Tomorrow the 3rd of April 2011 and I still have no resolution. I think Amoco is a fraud. They promise to do and take your money and do nothing as promised.. I would like to make a complaint.
