I recently got a bill with a minimum payment due that was different than that of what the agent quoted me. Apparently they tack on a $5 fee for using the installment system of payments. THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR MY NEW AUTO INSURANCE POLICY! I feel this is deceptive and a serious form of lying. Agents need to make every customer aware that they will be paying an extra fee of $5 when using the installment system. Any agent that does not make the customer aware is just simply lying, stealing, and making the AAA look bad! In the future, I will think twice and maybe three times before using any other services at AAA!
