Came to my house and then wanted 89.00 more than was quoted over phone. Was told we would get a 50.00 refund after calling to complain about this practice of charging my wife more because I wasn't home so they figured they could take advantage of a woman. We advise all people never to use them or in the phone book they also go by Pacific Locksmith.
