Jerry is a good plumber but beware of the hours he charges. His billing for hours worked was much higher than what he worked. I suggest you have him clock in with you and clock out with you. Do everything in writing and make sure he signs it. He is a bit expensive compared to other plumbers I have hired in the past.
Jerry does work slow so I also would suggest you get an estimate in writing instead of going time and material with this contractor.
