Daniel sent two men out to repair my parent's water-damaged carpet. They pulled back the carpet, removed the wet padding, then said that they replaced it with new padding, but placed the carpet back down immediately and left blowers on the top of the carpet. I got there two days later and the carpet was still damp and smelled awful. The worst part is that it was so lumpy underneath the carpet that I called Daniel and asked him to come out and take a look at the job his men did. The seam of the carpet was bulging and exposed also. Daniel wanted to send the same two men out so they could "tell him what they did". I explained that they KNEW what they did and I either wanted Daniel to come out, or any one of his other crew, so someone unbiased could see how my elderly parents had been taken advantage of. Daniel reluctantly agreed to come out later that day. We waited all day and finally I called his shop, When I asked him when he was coming out, he said "Oh, is that what I said?" in the most rude, unprofessional manner! I told him that I would be hiring another carpet company, taking pictures and reporting his company for Elder Abuse and Fraud. He said that two men would be out in the morning. I called another company who came out the next morning. When the new man pulled back the carpet, he found that it hadn't even been secured down. What's worse, is that underneath the carpet were scraps of rubber and fiber (different heights and shapes!) padding with huge sections of concrete exposed and not even glued in place! (Yes, I took pictures!) I called Daniel one final time to give him the opportunity to see what kind of work those two men had done. Daniel sent out two new men who saw what had happened, saw that the carpet was now stained, stinky and had water/mold marks and saw the scraps that had been placed under the carpet instead of new padding. They called Daniel and told them what they saw and while Daniel would not speak with me, told them that on Monday he would send back my parent's money that they paid for the terrible job. It is now two weeks later. Daniel has not sent a check, nor had any communication with us. This is the worst job and worst customer service I have ever encountered!
