Don't waste your time

I agree with the other statements from people. I have been dealing with A & D for over 3 months on a broken TV. First it was no shipping boxes, then my TV was to be shipped to me the next day, then they say FEDEX broke the TV when I sent the unit in (sound familiar?) and I have to wait 3-4 MONTHS for FEDEX to resolve the claim. You find out this information IF they answer the phone at all. You can leave a message, but your call never gets returned. If I knew then what I know now, I would have tossed the TV into a dumpster and bought a new one. Not worth the trouble dealing with A & D. A & D is the most unfriendly, uncaring about the customer company I have ever had to deal with.
If I could give them zero stars, I would! I still don't have a TV back from them.
