THE WORST COMPANY EVER

I sent a 42" for repair with no response until I called to find out the status on my TV. Victor answer the phone stating that my unit was in testing and will be ready for shipping the next day, I waited i week after that phone call. i decided to call again this time Juan answer stating the my unit was damaged and said that i was responsible because it was not package propertly
I told Juan that i spoke with Victor stating that my Tv was ready for shipping the nest day.
Juan said well the unit has broken panel and i needed to cover for repair and shipping as well, of course i was very upset to hear this
howcome they did not tell me that at the begining first it was fine now is broken panel who is telling the truth.
i requested to speaker with the manager it has been 4 months with no answer from anyone at A & D Electronics, LLC and also with no TV
what should I do?
it seems that they can get away with anything and us as cunsumers get no support
