Horrible Service

I bought a warranty. I cancelled the warranty due to my son being in a car accident on 6-7-12 and sent the letter and called on 6-14-12. It is now 9-25-12 and I am still waiting on my refund. They told me it took 45-60 business days which was up on 9-10-12 and still no money but on-line on there website it states a person will have a refund in 45 days. It says nothing about it having to be a business day. I have been trying now to call for two days and the message just states that all representatives are busy and please try your call again later. I have also sent emails that have not been responded too. I would totally never get a warranty from them ever again and people should think twice about using them and there customer service has been horrible.
