I sent a complaint letter after 2 claims had been turned down. I had to fix them out of my own pocket, when I had pd.$2325.00 I received a phone call, after much discussion with this young man, he said I could get half my money back. I sent a notarized copy of my mileage, and I was still under the time limit as well. No answer, I sent another letter just like the first. It just came back in the mail, I tried to email them according to their website, it came back, unable to deliver.
Where are these people who rip people off??? No Stars for this company!!!!
