A Truly Served Customer

I can honestly say that A W Auto Pro and all of it's customer service representatives, represent the company and it's heart for their customers well; that is why I am a gratefully served customer. I am newly married and my Husband and I are learning the unity of a marriage in paying bills and making ends meet in today's economy. I chose to purchase a new vehicle and we both knew the risk of having to pay for repairs, so we researched extended warranty companies and went with A W Auto Pro from day one which was in June of 2012. Then financial difficulty hit and we were not able to even pay our first month of coverage which was originally scheduled for July 28th, 2012 and decided to cancel. Paul Hill step in as a hero from day one and lowered our payments to meet our needs and got us another payment date which was August 8th, 2012, but we were still scared and skeptical of our finances so we cancelled on July 30th, 2012. I called and I got the procedures to follow to cancel and send in the letter of cancellation,on August 6th, 2012 and the company was so professional in handling my cancellation that it peaked my heart. Not even ten minutes later after a discussion with my husband I called them back today August 7th, 2012 and wanted to be re-instated and they promptly to the business of re-instating me and Damien for our Ford Five Hundred. Paul again came to our rescue, he got so that we did not even have to wait until our initial refund was sent back, but that all we had to do was to make our first payment in which he had already lowered to meet our needs from the beginning. Paul never talked down to me or question why after all his help in the beginning I still chose to cancel, he just help me correct a huge mistake--I know I would have been making if I continued with my cancellation. For their service and honor, I would refer this company and will to anyone who care for their vehicles and want them protected, and themselves and families as well because so vehicle problems are hazardous and deadly. Again thank you A W Auto Pro, Paul Hills and every customer representative for this fine company.
