We had gone two years without our AC and without an electrical outlet in our extra bathroom as well as in our patio simply because I don't trust electricians. Like mechanics, I've heard so many terrible stories. When we called AVS and explained our problems, we were given some steps to try to resolve the problem on our own. Ready for disappointment, I assumed we were being brushed off. (I guess that’s better than being overcharged!) However, in actuality, since it sounded like we needed only to reset our breaker (a simple push of a button) he was trying to help us fix the problem on our own which would save us, possibly, an unnecessary charge for something so simple. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite as simple as we had hoped, but not too bad at all. I was so pleasantly surprised at the workmanship, punctuality, willingness to explain, and, most certainly, the final bill. While I can’t say I feel any better about electricians (or mechanics, for that matter), I highly, very highly, recommend AVS. Thank you, Art!!!
