I placed an order with one of the sales rep. from a professional move 2 months ago because the price was reasonable and the delivery window was promised within 7 days and since I am relocating because of my job it worked perfect with my schedule. after I placed an order I checked the record with the BBB and there was a bad report from very upset customer, so i called right away to cancel. later that day the manager Kari called, she wanted to know the reason of cancelation. I explained to her my concerns about the review I read and I told her I was on a very tight schedule and I can not risk to not receive my items after 21 days. She explained to me what had happened with that specific customer and made me realize that there are 2 sides to every story so I decided to take a chance and keep my reservation. I am very happy that I did. The crew arrived on time and they were great, very professional. The delivery arrived after 5 days and everything was just like I left it except from a dining chair which one of the legs broke of but I contact there claims department and they are taking care of me as well. Since I almost cancelled my move because of a report I read on this sight I thought it would me nice if I share my experience. I work at a large company and they are relocating 6 more families from TX to CA and I will recommend A Professional Move. Thank you very much for making me move less stressful than it already is.
