About two months ago I purchased a used car along with a protection plan of a total of $1299.00... A1 received full payment from the lease company and to this day My PROTECTION PLAN had not been paid. I called A1 and spoke to Miriam Caberra a.k.a "OFFICE MANAGER" and she was of no help and rude, it was as though I was bothering her. Leasing company was called to deal with them and pay as agreed in contract. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND this auto company.
