DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A ONE AUTO CENTER!!!!!!!
This is a NO star dealership!!!!!
I wish I would have read all of these reviews prior to purchasing my car..
I have never in my life have dealt with the WORST, RUDEST, and most DISHONEST people all in one place.. Wow... I can go on for days with my story about these shady folks...
I have put on 800 miles on my new 25,000 used Mercedes Convertible that I have not been able to enjoy! Most of the time they didn’t work nor fix any of the repairs that were in my “to do bill”. Most often then none my car just sat there and returned in the same condition.. Once it sat there for one full week!!
To add salt to injury… the last time it was sitting there for 4 days for a transmission issue: I dropped the car off with a full tank of gas and when it was returned to me it was on empty (the walk light was on) and someone put 62 miles on it, as well as my owners manual was taken from my trunk.. And of course no one knew about it, or cared, nor would they return any of my calls.
I am currently still having the transmission issue that has yet to be resolved..
Now my next step is to the Better Business Bureau and Better Business of Automotive Repairs.. I urge anyone and everyone that has had any issues with this DISHONEST dealership to do the same.. Consumers have the right to be protected against this type of scum!!
