Less than a couple of months ago, my son purchased a used car from this dealership with a trade in. It has now been 2 months later and the dealership still has not paid off the traded in vehicle and my son is stuck making payments on the vehicle that is no longer in his possession, nor does he own while making payments on the new vehicle.The dealership also obtained the wrong payoff amount and is refusing to compensate for the difference, even after proof was provided. Dozens of calls have been placed to the employee Miriam and she has yet to return any calls. We now have discovered that the rotors are bad, the brakes need to be replaced, the timing chain is off, filters are clogged and the plugs need to be replaced. My son has been given the run around with no relief in site.
