I am so very distraught over my decision to get involved or should say sucked in out of my desperation. They have done nothing I never talk to the same person ever and the ever elusive Mr. Cardiel is unavailable. Please let me know what I need to do get out and begin negotiating with my creditors myself.
I have been with them since April 2010 and cannot find anyone who has had a positive thing to say about them.
