SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR HOME! Don't USE THEM!
I paid Matt Klewen, the owner of AA Trappers, $650 for him to remove the raccoons and rats from my attic which also included a 5-year guarantee. THE WORK WASN'T DONE! When I called him the first time, to ask him to come back and finish the work, he said he would. He didn't.
I called him a second round of times after I saw a rat run through my house, and now he won't return any of my 15+ phone calls. What good is a 5-year guarantee on the work if the person you paid won't make good on his written contract?
I now wasted $650, still have raccoons destroying my attic and I don't have the money to do anything about it at the time.
For your own sake, SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Matt Klewen DOESN'T CARE about your home.
