Did research later after my disappointment and found these guys are rated "F" with the BBB.
Company (Dion Fradejas) promised to clean carpet and remove stains. Company indicated stains would be removed and would not come back. The company requested payment via "bank transfer".
The job looked fair the day after the carpet was cleaned but ALL the stains reappeared within days. The company indicated that it would cost another 120.00 to come back to clean the carpet again. I could not dispute the charges or get a refund because the payment was bank transfer as requested by the company.
