I recently completed a contract for a new re-roof on my property with A-1 Property Services Group, Inc. All I can say is that I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service, quality of workmanship and overall contractor roofing performance. During initial re-roofing project phase, A-1 answered all my questions, assisted me with tile selection, provided several options and demonstrated friendliness and experience to do the job. During project execution, I was kept informed of all permitting and construction phases of the project. I observed that the working crew was experienced, dedicated and detail oriented. After, the project was paid off and completed, the office administrator, Sabrina, remained friendly and cooperative with additional paperwork needed for insurance purposes.
