I’m usually just a lurker when it comes to online reviews. But, after receiving such wonderful merchandise and service, I was compelled to return the favor by adding a review. The diamond quality I wanted was a difficult combination to get and they admitted
that it might take some time. After a couple days, I received a call from their customer service saying that they could not get me the quality I wanted, but upgraded me to a better quality for no additional charge and that it was a certified diamond, again
for no additional charge. They explained that when you ordered a certain quality and if they don’t have it, they would upgrade for free. This to me is above and beyond service as you don’t see this kind of commitment in today’s greedy corporations. As a lurker,
I was always hesitate on the reviews, but now I can see that all the reviews have merit and why this company has so many positive reviews. If you’re on the fence about order from them, don’t be, they will treat you right.
