money from loan mart to pay rent. In February my landlord added other money to the rent from past due. Now I either had 2 choices, pay rent or my daughter and I live in my truck. I called Loan Mart and was able to increase so I explained the whole thing promising
I will pay in two weeks. I did not have a full 303, and they would not take any less. Now I am not past due for more, just 303.00, they would not work with me being 1 payment past due, that is crazy especially if I am offer a good faith payment a solution
on being caught up in 2 weeks, it was cold. I got another company to take over this loan I was 1 payment past due on and let them know twice, call is documented thank god, cause they deny the other. Both these calls I requested the 10-day pay off. No call
back and they repo'd my truck knowing they would have the full balance right away. They had the name of the company, name of loan officer helping me and phone number, it is a competitor of theirs. Now why ethically did they have to? I was not hiding, I was
1 payment behind, in full communication and offer good faith money, there is no reason. It would of ended earlier if they called me back. They towed me at 57 days, yes I messed up, but I called them after not receiving any documents, I called them for help,
okay, I called and called and called. They never called me, emailed me, or sent any documents, nothing. They also said they warned my references and that is not true, my mom, room mate did not get any calls stating I was about to be repo. I still have not
received and documents. Sorry for rambling I am sorry about it all.
