On Saturday 8/14/2010. I decided to call 18887007505 loan mart... and from day one I was given the run around this guy named antonio was helping me out , I left him know the kinda suv I had and the year make and model , he let me know the paper work I needed to fax to him. And that I was approved for 4800 ...he told me he would give me a call back 2 hrs later and I never received one so I waited over the weekend even tho there open... I called Monday and the same run around I will call u back in 2 hrs I'm processing the paper work. Come Tuesday I called back a lil more unpatiented at the time because the loan should take 24 hrs. So I asked him wat all do u still need because this loan should already be done, he said u have been approved for 3400 and I was like ok how much am I arroved for because you told me 4800 he says that wat it was approved for after everything and on top of that I need a co signer...I'm like or you serious, ima give you a pink slip and you still need a co signer.they don't tell u all that and give you the run around, he couldn't find my fax and wasn't getting back to me when he said and after all that he told me I wasn't approved ...so don't waste your time many other loan places can give you great customer service and a approved loan much faster.
